Tract 2 features grassland and pasture acres within the ranch. Please note the quality fence lines, 6 well fenced pastures, and various water features. A 2000’ deep artesian well was put in by ranch owners in 2005. Water lines were also put in at this time to feed the 11 watering tanks and 2 of the 13 dams on the property.
